| Summary | 0000584: Issue of Karaoke app when we start to run Karaoke App | ||||
| Description | TVS reported some issue on our Mic functions. 1. STB Crash during Karaoke App(TJ 노래방, 뽀요노래방) in “Home” – “TV 앱” – “Btv 추천 앱”. Please check attached log file(tombstone file). They say that it happen when they call HAL_SettingsSetMicVolume(). 2. BT RCU is activated when user run Everysing app. TVS said that all the Karaoke app should be use only rear Mic port, not BT Mic. | ||||

TV Storm will change their part for conversion from App(0~100) to HAL(0~32). |

Hi Yoon, We found there is an bug about the mapping App(0~100) to HAL(0~32). When the volume is up , the volume value is +3. When the volume is down, the volume value is -4. And the volume value can be greater than 32. After checking the implementation in Kaon, it's volume +10/-10 each time and max value is 100. So, for reduce the effort on this bug, Could you let TVS change back the volume range from 0~100? We will handle the mapping in our HAL implement. Another bug is related to "AudioSetting" in TV System Test apk, the MIC Volume bar should have 10 clicks on "MIC VOLUME UP" to reach maximum value. But currently, it only need 4 clicks to let the MIC Volume bar to move to the most right side. But the volume is not the maximum value. This will confuse the user. Please help to let the TVS fix this issue. |
